Mount Elementary School's Career Laboratory Committee

Presenters Group:

This group works with workshops, vignettes and presenters.

Communications Group:

This group is responsible for the image/look/presentation of all materials to students, parents, teachers, presenters and the at-large community.

Teacher Group:

This group acts as a liaison with all of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade teachers on certain specific activities related to the Career Laboratory.

Registration Group:

This group is responsible for two kinds of registration: registration of the students to their various workshops as well as day-of event registration. They are also responsible for two student surveys.

Parent Volunteers Group:

This group will recruit parent volunteers for the committee and to work on the day of the event.

Facilities Group:

This group is responsible for the logistics of the day.

Hospitality Group:

This group plans and organizes the breakfast and lunch and helps with the registration table, workshop signs, ambassadors ribbons.

Finance Group:

Members of this group need to work with various groups to develop a new budget based on the prior year’s budget and plans for the upcoming event.
